Being Mother – Being Father

“Mother” – “father” is a wonderful name – an honorary title.
There is nobility in this name. It sets you apart for something
great – for something you have accomplished. You said yes to
life – to GOD’s creation and divine order. You said yes to give
and forget yourself for others. You are willing to take a lot
upon yourself.

GOD has involved you, father – mother, to join Him in creating
and to creatively pass on His love. GOD has commissioned
you to perpetuate His work of creation by your leading those
entrusted to you by Him in such a way as to make them fit and
willing again to give to GOD what you have been a leading
example of.

Being a Creating Mother and Father

with and in GOD is something wonderful. Perhaps you should
enjoy, experience and relish your child more intensely and
more consciously in order to become really properly aware of
it. Being mother – being father is something great and sweet
indeed, but also something severe. You are challenged down
to the last fibre of your heart.

GOD places such great faith in you that He entrusts you with
children. The child belongs to Him and you have the honorary
task of looking after and cherishing this bendy, tender little
plant – providing the so important, good atmosphere and
balance for him – not to pamper him – not to push him away,
but to lead him and prepare him for life. After all, this little crea-
ture is to become a useful human being – self-assured and in-
dependent, able to face life and to actually focus his attention
